Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival at Srinagar – Local Sightseeing
- Arrive at Srinagar Airport, meet & greet by driver.
- Transfer to hotel / houseboat.
- After freshening up, enjoy Srinagar local sightseeing:
- Mughal Gardens: Shalimar Bagh, Nishat Bagh, Chashme Shahi
- Shankaracharya Temple
- Dal Lake Shikara Ride (1 hour)
- Dinner & Overnight stay at Srinagar (Houseboat / Hotel)
Day 2: Srinagar → Sonmarg → Srinagar (Day Excursion – 80 km / 2.5 hrs one way)
- After breakfast, drive to Sonmarg – “The Meadow of Gold”.
- En route enjoy scenic views of Sindh River and snow-capped mountains.
- Activities (optional):
- Pony ride to Thajiwas Glacier
- Snow activities (seasonal)
- Return to Srinagar by evening.
- Dinner & Overnight stay at Srinagar
Day 3: Srinagar → Gulmarg (55 km / 2 hrs)
- After breakfast, drive to Gulmarg – the “Meadow of Flowers”.
- Enjoy world’s highest cable car ride (Gondola) up to Kongdori / Apharwat Peak.
- Visit St. Mary’s Church & enjoy short treks or snow activities.
- Dinner & Overnight stay at Gulmarg
Day 4: Gulmarg → Pahalgam (140 km / 4.5 hrs)
- After breakfast, drive to Pahalgam – “Valley of Shepherds”.
- En route visit Avantipur Ruins and Apple Orchards.
- On arrival, check in to the hotel.
- Leisure time by Lidder River or explore Pahalgam Market.
- Dinner & Overnight stay at Pahalgam
Day 5: Pahalgam Sightseeing – Return to Srinagar (90 km / 3 hrs)
- After breakfast, explore Pahalgam:
- Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, Chandanwari (by local union cab).
- Return to Srinagar by evening.
- Dinner & Overnight stay at Srinagar
Day 6: Srinagar Departure
- After breakfast, transfer to Srinagar Airport for your return flight with sweet memories.
